These Terms & Conditions define the governing framework for interaction with DigiVax™ public-site surfaces, authorized access pathways, outputs, and related product contexts.

System Classification

DigiVax™ is a deterministic evaluation system for behavioral integrity. DigiVax evaluates observable system behavior and produces trust outputs.

DigiVax is not:

• a monitoring platform
• an enforcement engine
• a proxy or inline gateway
• a customer-system control plane

Trust Outputs

DigiVax trust outputs are governed by these states:

• Trusted
• Degraded
• Untrusted
• Unknown

Unknown State

Unknown is a valid DigiVax output state. It reflects insufficient signal coverage or insufficient evaluation basis for deterministic classification.

No Operational Control

DigiVax does not block requests, allow requests, modify customer system behavior, execute responses, or operate customer infrastructure.
